Internal team membership is different from public portal access. Invite someone to the workspace only when they need to work inside BeeBlu.
Send an internal invite
- Open Users from the application navigation.
- Enter the colleague’s email address.
- Choose the appropriate role.
- Send the invitation.
The recipient receives an account invitation. BeeBlu uses Supabase authentication for workspace accounts.
Choose the least access needed
Administrators can manage the brand system, company settings, team access, and publishing workflows. Editors can work with permitted content but should not be given company-level control unless their responsibilities require it.
Review current application role descriptions before inviting users because role enforcement may evolve during early access.
Internal team or portal consumer?
Use an internal team invite for colleagues who need the authenticated application.
Use a portal invite for agencies, marketers, developers, designers, partners, or AI consumers who need a role-specific view of published brand information without internal application access.
Keeping those groups separate reduces unnecessary access and makes the portal experience clearer.
Review access regularly
Remove users who no longer need the workspace and revoke obsolete portal invites. If a person changes responsibility, review both their internal role and any operational portal role they use.
