This update is about giving people the right information at the right moment: a clearer status for every beta invite, more accurate brand detail for AI tools and generated content, and a public portal that makes a better first impression.
Beta invitations
- Creating a beta account and sending the invitation are now two separate steps, so a workspace can be provisioned without anything being emailed automatically.
- A new “Ready to invite” status shows exactly which accounts are set up but haven’t been contacted yet.
- From that status, you can send the invite email, copy a one-off magic sign-in link, or copy a ready-to-send personal invitation email — whichever fits how you’re reaching out.
- BeeBlu now shows when an invited user has signed in for the first time and when they’ve completed onboarding, rather than just whether an email was sent.
- The team is notified automatically the first time an invited user signs in, and again when they finish onboarding, so nothing meaningful gets missed.
Sharper AI brand context
- AI tools connected through BeeBlu’s MCP integration can now pull a single brand manifest covering the whole system, and generate on-brand image and social-post briefs directly.
- Logo retrieval for AI tools and generated content now reliably selects the correct primary or reversed variant, even for brands with older logo data on file.
- Brand colours are now included consistently in AI-generated briefs, so generated content starts from the approved palette rather than an assumed one.
A stronger public portal
- Public brand portals have been redesigned around an editorial, brand-book style layout, with contrast-checked colour display and logo variants placed correctly for light or dark backgrounds.
- Portal content now stays private until you choose to publish it, so a brand in progress is never visible before you’re ready to share it.
Platform security
We’ve also made a number of platform security and access-control improvements this period, including tighter data isolation between accounts and stricter checks on who can view or export unpublished content.
Why it matters
Most of this is about trust in the details: knowing exactly where an invitation stands, knowing an AI tool is using your actual brand colours and logo rather than a best guess, and knowing a portal won’t be seen before you’re ready. None of it changes how BeeBlu looks day to day — it changes how much you can rely on what it’s telling you.
