This update is mostly about trust: making sure the right person is signed in, the right brand gets the right data, and nothing you edit quietly disappears.

Account security

  • Email verification is now required before anyone can access the app, with a welcome email sent on signup.
  • Signup collects the fields needed for GDPR consent, and magic-link sign-in is available alongside password login.
  • Platform administrators must now pass MFA (aal2) before they can access customer accounts.
  • Privacy and terms links now appear directly on the sign-up and login pages.

Multi-brand reliability

  • Brand colours now save through a single, consistent source of truth, closing cases where an edit could be written to the wrong brand.
  • The dashboard, Brand System, and brand switcher now correctly reflect the brand you’ve actually switched to.
  • Brand-owned data is now fully independent per brand, closing gaps where information from one brand could leak into another.
  • Multi-brand logo and asset saves that could previously fail silently now surface a clear error, so you always know whether a change was saved.
  • Workspace settings and brand settings are now separated, so renaming a brand no longer risks renaming your workspace, and the brand switcher has moved to the top bar for faster access.
  • Unsaved Brand System edits now persist as a local draft if you navigate away before saving, and colour changes reach the portal and app without delay.

Everyday reliability

  • Fixed a dashboard freeze caused by an infinite re-render loop.
  • Onboarding is shorter (the separate invite step was dropped) and now saves your progress as a draft automatically.
  • Onboarding gained a logo confirmation step and clearer error handling, plus a masonry dashboard layout.
  • The interface now defaults to light mode, with a fixed topbar logo and a refreshed onboarding preview.

Agency and AI access

  • Agencies now get MCP-based AI access with 11 governed tools and access controls, so AI assistants can work with a brand’s system without overreaching.
  • Brand context exposed to connected AI tools now includes framework details, AI instructions, and full token coverage, plus inline SVG logo content via the new AI Hub page.

Why it matters

Most of this release is invisible until something would otherwise have gone wrong: a colour saved to the wrong brand, a dashboard that silently fails to update, an unsaved edit lost on navigation, or an AI tool given more access than it should have. Fixing these is part of keeping BeeBlu trustworthy as a system of record for your brand, not just a faster way to make one.
